• \u0009Practice Setting : Inpatient
• \u0009Type of cases and required procedures : Standard Hematology / Oncology cases
• \u0009Credentialing timeframe : 60+ Days
• \u0009EMR : Meditech
• \u0009Licensure required : Must have active Missouri license or active compact letter
