doors, windows, mouldings, shutters, and custom elements. Our team combines

craftsmanship with precision tooling to deliver projects that enhance Charleston’s

architectural landscape—whether preserving history or creating something entirely new.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Tenoner Machine Operator to join our production team. You’ll be a key

part of creating precise, high-quality window sashes using both digital and manual

machinery. This is a detail-driven role that blends hands-on craftsmanship with technical

precision.

What You’ll Do

 Operate tenoner machinery (digital and manual) to create window sashes.

 Perform sizing, assembly, sanding, and application of stops.

 Prepare components for priming and conduct audits and quality checks.

 Read and interpret CAD drawings to ensure accuracy.

 Collaborate with team members to maintain production schedules.

Qualifications

 Experience with tenoner or similar woodworking machinery.
