Educate Patients : Clearly explain procedures like All-on-Four, helping patients make informed decisions. Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls to address questions and keep patients engaged. Build Payment Plans : Create customized payment plans tailored to each patient's financial needs. Lead Generation : Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calling, community involvement, and referral-based lead generation to build a strong sales pipeline. Smooth Transitions : Ensure seamless coordination from consultation to procedure by collaborating with clinical and administrative teams. Referral Management : Drive patient referrals by fostering relationships with existing patients. Team Collaboration : Work closely with doctors and general managers to meet sales and patient care goals. Additional Duties : Take on other tasks as needed to support office and organization success as assigned Qualifications 2 years of Sales experience required, direct to consumer consultative sales preferred. Prior Dental Office experience highly preferred. Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills A confident approach and an ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated, driven, and able to think outside the box Must possess thorough and consistent follow-up skills Experience using a contact tracking system 4-year degree preferred Physical / Mental Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
