Requirements
Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or related fieldAZ Licensure or the ability to obtain a licenseCurrent certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)BCBA : 1+ years of work experience with children with autism and related disorders.Caring, positive, energetic, flexible, and motivated to learnPreferred experience with ACT, RFT, PEAK, Social Skills, and OBM SkillsPossess strong written and oral communication skillsAbility to effectively manage and train Registered Behavior TechniciansValid driver’s license & reliable transportation and auto insurancePass a criminal background checkRoles and Responsibilities
Work in collaboration with the leadership team to increase provider productivity, enhance client programming and support a creative workspace for employees.Assess, design, develop and implement intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for clients.Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment fidelity measures to ensure proper implementation of behavior support plansSupervise and provide ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians.Train and collaborate with families to ensure treatment fidelity and satisfaction.Participate in weekly BCBA meetingsBenefits
