Job Summary :

We are seeking an LPN in the Duke Urology Clinic , located in Raleigh, NC to assume responsibilities for direct nursing care of assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician in patient care area. Provides nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the scope of the LPN as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Room Patients and intake to include medications, history and vital signs.

Complete orders as per provider :

Prepare and assist with procedures

Nurse Visits - to include : order entry and chart review.

Team Inbasket messages - to include :

Job Schedule :

The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays. This is a .75 position and shifts are 3 days per week from 0700-1730.
