What you will do here :
Promote and educate our partners (integrators, distributors, consultants, & end-users) on the benefits of innovative IoT products for use cases relating to physical security, public safely, business intelligence and operational efficiency.Develop and maintain open, fluid communications with our partners and new prospectsArrange and execute site visits & meetings to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch & learns and educational speaking seminarsWork cohesively with Axis Communication's Technology Integration PartnersRecommend products and solutions that solve end customer's problemsAttend and participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academy trainings, webinars, and other promotional sales activitiesConsistently use Salesforce as a component of active relationship managementTrack and follow up on opportunities via SalesforcePerform job walks and develop system designs and BOM'sComplete other related duties as assignedWhat we are looking for :
Highly motivated sales individual with strong communication skills and high business acumenAbility to listen and understand the needs of customersTrustworthy, ethical, caring, and resourceful individualProven aptitude to learn, understand, and educate others on hardware and software technology based networked products & solutionsAbility to tailor presentations to meet specific customer needsPublic speaking and professional presentation skillsMulti-tasking and time management skillsExperience in managing opportunities via Salesforce or other CRM solutionsAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires all team members to think critically, find creative solutions, and plan strategically for growthWe believe you will need the following :
4+ years in sales driven positionBachelor's degree or equivalent electronic trade trainingStrong technical backgroundFluent in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience in CRM solutions, familiarity with Salesforce preferredPhysical demands :
Frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs., and more on occasionExpected travel time for this position is between 40%-60%Target Salary :
The approximate pay range for the Regional Sales Manager position is $135,000 to $150,000 Total Target Compensation. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
