Construction Estimator – Restoration Projects

Hialeah, FL | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits

We're hiring a Construction Estimator to join one of Florida's leading General Contractors with 30+ years of success in concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing, and commercial interior and exterior painting projects .

This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator from any construction background (general contracting, subcontracting, restoration, windows / doors, etc.) who is looking to advance their career. Experience is rewarded — pay is highly competitive and negotiable.

What You'll Do

Review blueprints, drawings, and bid invitations
Perform accurate takeoffs and cost estimates
Work with suppliers / vendors for pricing
Prepare and submit project bids
Support project managers with planning and accuracy

What We're Looking For

2+ years estimating experience in construction (restoration a plus)

Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specs

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.) a plus

Experience in high-rise / commercial projects a plus

Local / regional candidates (Miami / Hialeah area) preferred
