Curriculum Manager, Trust and Safety

Our PeopleDev team works hard to ensure every Googler has access to the resources they need to become their best personal and professional selves. We leverage tools, technology, and innovative formats to scale learning and support Googlers at all stages of their careers. As a member of the Trust and Safety Solutions Learning and Enablement team, you will enable high-quality enforcement with a reliable, accessible knowledge ecosystem built on collaboration, expertise, and a focus on the learner. In this role, you will own the Learning and Enablement strategy and development for Trust and Safety review operations for a defined Google Product Area. You will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and rigorously prioritize the engaging needs of stakeholders and the business. You will work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality, and creativity. You will partner with stakeholders to design and deliver training solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Trust and Safety Enforcement, Policy, and Service Delivery Operations teams to enable our knowledge ecosystem for multiple Google product areas.
• Develop and drive learning strategies that meet stakeholder needs and scale across the team.
• Craft and present compelling impact narratives supporting learning and knowledge in an operational environment.
• Drive the design, development of, and implementation of new hire training programs that will shorten ramp time, and improve quality.
• Drive the design and execution of continuous learning strategies to improve operational performance.
