Following a property-wide renovation The Diplomat is preparing to enter its next era transitioning into Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. The Food and Beverage team is elevating its craft to match the sophistication and energy of our refreshed restaurants and reimagined beachfront destination.

The ideal candidate has previous leadership retail and food and beverage experience with a passion to serve. Open availability is required.

What will I be doing

As a Restaurant Retail Supervisor you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
