Associate Systems Administrator to join our Solutions Enablement team.

This role will primarily support installation and modification of TLS / SSL certificates, endpoint system software agents, with the goals of helping automate these processes and ensuring we have healthy systems. This person will work in collaboration with other team members to ensuring we maintain security and availability of services.

To be successful, candidates should have a basic understanding of Windows or Linux systems, follow prescriptive documented processes, and be eager to learn and develop new skills such as automation or advanced troubleshooting, and cloud services such as AWS, Google, or Azure.

What You'll Achieve

• Create and issue TLS / SSL certificates to our internal business and technical teams.
• Help support and implement upgrade of endpoint agent software.
• Triage and troubleshoot software failures in systems.
• Document process runbooks.
• Retrieve reporting data and produce reports.
• Make recommendations & develop improvements in efficiency.

Who You Are

At least one year of system administration experience in enterprise level Linux or Windows ecosystems.

B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
