job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBase compensation based on qualifications and relevant experience. Additional premium pay for shifts and on-call requirements. Educational Assistance Program. Self-scheduled; 3rd Shift (7 pm - 7 : 30 am). FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts). Work 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 Weekend, and 2 Holidays per 6-week schedule. Float and provide quality care across different units. Adapt swiftly to newly assigned environments while delivering patient-centered care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote a safe and effective treatment experience. At least 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility to meet the scheduling requirements. Training in ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training. Competitive salary + internal float differential.
