THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY :

Lead the development, organization, and maintenance of the bank's corporate policies, procedures, and compliance programs.

Serve as the bank's corporate legal counsel, coordinating legal work with outside counsel as necessary.

Collaborate with senior officers to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance of policy statements.

Provide guidance to the President on secured lending issues, including documentation, procedural requirements, and practices.

Perform Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering (BSA / AML) duties and ensure compliance with regulatory policies.

Support staff training, professional development, and the bank's community involvement initiatives.

BACKGROUND PROFILE :

Law Degree

5+ Years of Legal, Trust, Wealth Management Experience

Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills.
