You will champion the Victra culture while using your HR knowledge and expertise to foster change in the organization. As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will also :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner directly with area, regional, district, and store leadership on developing and maintaining positive employee relations.
• Conduct investigations, create effective investigative reports and resolve high-risk allegations, including interviewing complainants and witnesses.
• Collaborating directly with legal and asset protection when necessary
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Participate in addressing grievances and work to resolve complex employee relations / labor relations issues.
• Counsel and resolve employee relations issues, including but not limited to manager / employee situations, policies and procedures, terminations, and reorganizations.
• Handle extremely confidential and time sensitive information while navigating through escalated human resources issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
