Pay Rate : $45$50 / hour

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (30-minute meal break)

Guaranteed Hours : 35 hours / week

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist for an exciting job in Gatesville NC.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments to determine patients physical developmental and functional abilities.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility strength coordination and daily living skills.

Educate patients and families on care plans home programs and adaptive techniques.

Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

Document assessments progress notes treatments and discharge summaries accurately and timely.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Maintain a safe organized and compliant therapy environment.

Participate in team meetings case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Active and unrestricted North Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
