THE ROLE
The Vice President Partnerships TCI role is pivotal to driving top-line growth and strengthening Cofaces partner ecosystem. This position focuses on identifying developing and managing strategic alliances that enhance our trade credit insurance offerings and expand our market reach. The VP will work closely with executive leadership and collaborate across sales underwriting and customer success teams to deliver innovative partnership strategies that support Cofaces growth objectives.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a framework for identifying assessing and executing strategic partnerships aligned with trade credit insurance solutions.
- Identify and prioritize alliances that accelerate market penetration and deliver strong ROI.
- Create revenue-sharing models and partnership agreements that support Cofaces sales and profitability goals.
- Communicate partnership strategies and progress to internal stakeholders including the Executive Team.
- Drive pipeline growth through referral reseller co-seller and channel partnerships.
- Support scalable strategies that create competitive advantages in trade credit insurance across multiple industry verticals.
- Conduct market assessments and prioritize opportunities based on risk management impact and business potential.
- Identify external alliances and supply chain partners that complement Cofaces integrated risk management vision.
- Partner across the organization to align growth initiatives unlock enterprise relationships and expand share of wallet across core and adjacent product sets.
- Forecast business impact based on adoption rates and growth expectations.
- Monitor and measure partnership contributions to revenue and new business opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends regulatory changes and global trade risk developments.
Qualifications : THE CANDIDATE
10 years of leadership experience in partnerships alliances or strategic sales roles.Minimum 3 years of experience in credit insurance trade finance or financial services ; global business experience is a plus.Strong understanding of credit risk management and contract negotiation.Familiarity with trade credit insurance products and risk mitigation strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills including experience developing partnership proposals and pitch decks.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.Collaborative results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel within the U.S. and CanaAdditional Information :
