We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hybrid Real Estate Legal Assistant to join our fast-paced and thriving legal team. This exciting role offers a unique blend of responsibilities that span across the real estate legal domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal compliance, legal terminology, and calendar management. You will play a pivotal role in managing attorney billing, drafting retainers, researching property appraisers, preparing expense reports, electronic filing, and file closings. This position requires a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and a minimum of 5 years of overall experience.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, drafting retainers, and preparing expense reports.
• Conduct research on property appraisers and assist in the preparation of legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Ensure legal compliance in all real estate transactions and practices.
• Handle electronic filing and file closings, maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
• Assist in the preparation and finalization of attorney billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and other parties, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Stay updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations, ensuring the team's compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned that align with the overall objective of the position.
