Lab Information Systems LIS Analyst and Principal Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) Analyst to support and optimize our clinical laboratory information systems including Epic Beaker middleware and in-house applications. This role ensures seamless integration of lab workflows instrument interfaces and reporting functions while providing end-user support training and system maintenance.

Schedule : Monday Friday does require a weekday and weekend on-call rotation.

Hiring Range : Typically between $78000 / yr to $98000 / yr depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support LIS Epic Beaker and related lab systems
• Build and manage test codes billing LOINC / CPT coding and result files
• Troubleshoot and resolve system / interface errors and vendor issues
• Develop reports for lab leadership (quality turnaround times error tracking)
• Implement upgrades validate new software / interfaces and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide training and documentation for LIS applications
