Job Title
Treasury and Cash Flow Manager
Location

Responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and analyze complex financial data to guide decisions related to banking, cash administration, loan negotiations, investment strategies, and capital allocation.
- Direct and oversee all cash management activities and systems to ensure liquidity, accuracy, and compliance with internal and federal standards.
- Manage corporate cash flow and credit administration, maintaining strong relationships with external banks and financial institutions.
- Monitor and report on investment and pension fund performance, as well as other benefits‑related funding activities.
- Administer business insurance programs, stock administration, and profit‑sharing plans in coordination with corporate finance leadership.
- Manage investment records, stock transactions, and dividend processes to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
- Evaluate and support corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, and other strategic financial initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports, financial forecasts, and risk analyses for executive leadership and FAA stakeholders.
- Lead and develop financial operations personnel, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes, strengthen controls, and enhance return on program and enterprise investments.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship Required.Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience.8-12 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, treasury, or financial operations, ideally supporting large‑scale government programs.Proven experience in cash management, investment analysis, and financial decision‑making.
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), cost accounting standards (CAS), and U.S. government financial reporting requirements.Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with financial institutions and investment partners.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, SAP, or Oracle).Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.CPA, CFA, or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.Experience supporting FAA, DOT, or defense‑related financial operations.Familiarity with FAA program structures and modernization efforts (BNATCS, NextGen, TechOps).Demonstrated success managing treasury functions within complex, mission‑critical programs.Target Salary Range
$104,000 – $166,000.
