LHH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Access Specialist to join our healthcare team in Phoenix. Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone

Verify insurance information and patient demographics

Schedule appointments and manage patient records

Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate patient information

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in computer systems and medical software

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Pay Details : $ per hour
