Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans : Analyze patients' needs and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions : Utilize clinically-supported techniques to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate within Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance to patients and caregivers about therapeutic techniques that promote sustainable progress outside our setting.
• Track and Record Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients continue to thrive.
