Salary : $16.00-$20.00 per hour

The Roofing Company Inc. is a leading Class A general contractor providing top-notch roofing services in the Hampton Roads area since 1998. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to be the welcoming voice of our company and a key driver of new business.

We need a proactive, customer-focused team member who can juggle multiple priorities with exceptional organization. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on a challenge, has a "go getter" attitude, and is eager to take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all incoming calls and provide a professional, welcoming first impression.
• Book appointments and manage multiple calendars.
• Proactively follow up with open leads and make outbound cold calls to help drive new business and build our customer base.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and work to implement them.
