Portage Path Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist (LSW / LISW, LPC / LPCC or MFT / LMFT) to join our Akron team.

• What Youll Do :
• Provide outpatient, individual psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency standards.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and continuing education activities.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including case managers, medical professionals and peer support to ensure wrap around support.

• What You Bring :
• Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current active clinical licensure _(LSW / LISW, LPC / LPCC or MFT / LMFT)_
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence based practices.
