Membership Program Leader
We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven leader to be the driving force behind unlocking the full potential of our Membership program for millions of riders. This role goes beyond simply improving engagement - it's about designing holistic, data-informed strategies that make Membership a daily habit, a top-of-mind choice for riders, and a key driver of the Mobility business. You will be accountable for creating measurable growth in Trips per Rider (TpR), and Monthly Active Riders (MARs), increasing the breadth of product usage, and deepening the relationship between members and the Mobility platform. By understanding member motivations, usage patterns, and pain points, you'll develop and execute initiatives that improve retention, expand cross-platform adoption (including Delivery, Eats, and other verticals), and accelerate multi-product usage. You'll work closely with Regional Ops, Finance, Product and Marketing, and teams to identify growth levers, test new engagement tactics, and scale what works - all while ensuring every campaign or feature directly ladders up to core business objectives. In parallel, you'll lead efforts to capture incremental business rider growth, strengthening our footprint in the high-value, high-frequency segment.
This role demands a unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and creativity - balancing long-term platform growth with near-term engagement wins. The right candidate will thrive at the intersection of data and storytelling, can seamlessly move between C-suite discussions and campaign execution details, and is deeply passionate about creating experiences that members can't imagine living without.
