WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our live entertainment projects. This position involves coordinating various aspects of project management, from initial planning through to final delivery. You will work closely in supporting the activities of the Project Management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Assist the project manager and assistant project manager with documentation tasks, storing communication and important information, and project archiving
  • Assist with project setup across the software systems used at EPS
  • Maintain agendas and meeting notes for client-facing and internal meetings as required
  • Travel coordination
  • Assist the PM and Assistant PM in gathering information for client reports
  • Print drawing packages and assist the PM / APM with creating work orders for the shop
  • Assist Purchasing Agent, as appropriate, in saving receipts to project folders, monitoring tracking for incoming shipments for projects and letting PM / APM know about any delays

Please note that there may be long hours, including weekend and evening hours, as determined by individual project needs.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Work experience or education in management and / or coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive, able to self-manage on smaller projects
  • Ability to work well under pressure, take direction, and meet deadlines

    Results and detail-oriented, able to work quickly and accurately and adapt to changing project needs

    High level of integrity and professionalism

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships

    Exceptional organizational and strong time-management skills

    Enthusiastic and passionate about projects and process

    Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask across multiple projects

    Able to maintain strict confidentiality

Our line-up of tools and resources is extensive : Mechanical Design, 3D Modeling, Motion Studies, Horsepower Calculations / Estimates, Facility Impact Studies, fabrication drawings, CNC Machining, welding, assembly, controls design, programming, technical writing, rigging, training, and more.

    YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

    This position is in the home office, Henderson, Nevada. Most work will be performed in an office environment. Anticipated travel is minimal, estimated at a 5% level.
