What You’ll Do
- Lead Daily Warehouse Operations
- Oversee all warehouse functions—including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping—at the Breinigsville location.
- Maintain seamless coordination and workflow across multiple warehouse sites.
- Own Inventory Accuracy
- Implement and maintain effective tracking, control, and reconciliation processes.
- Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance metrics.
- Manage and Develop Your Team
- Supervise warehouse staff with clear training, performance expectations, and ongoing mentorship.
- Conduct daily team huddles and participate in weekly management meetings.
- Optimize Warehouse Efficiency
- Develop and refine workflow processes to maximize productivity, accuracy, and organization.
- Implement warehouse management systems and software to streamline operations.
- Champion Safety Compliance
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant warehouse environment.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support Regional Inventory Management
- Conduct quarterly physical inventory counts at our New York, New Jersey North, and New Jersey South warehouse locations (one location per month).
- Collaborate Across the Business
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and attend departmental meetings as needed.
What You Bring
Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within automotive, parts, or distribution environments.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency with warehouse management software (experience with Acumatica is a plus).Solid understanding of inventory control processes and safety best practices.A hands-on approach with the ability to drive continuous improvement.Why You’ll Love Working Here
