What You’ll Do

• Lead Daily Warehouse Operations
• Oversee all warehouse functions—including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping—at the Breinigsville location.
• Maintain seamless coordination and workflow across multiple warehouse sites.
• Own Inventory Accuracy
• Implement and maintain effective tracking, control, and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance metrics.
• Manage and Develop Your Team
• Supervise warehouse staff with clear training, performance expectations, and ongoing mentorship.
• Conduct daily team huddles and participate in weekly management meetings.
• Optimize Warehouse Efficiency
• Develop and refine workflow processes to maximize productivity, accuracy, and organization.
• Implement warehouse management systems and software to streamline operations.
• Champion Safety Compliance
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant warehouse environment.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support Regional Inventory Management
• Conduct quarterly physical inventory counts at our New York, New Jersey North, and New Jersey South warehouse locations (one location per month).
• Collaborate Across the Business
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and attend departmental meetings as needed.
