Location : Davenport, IA

Pay Rate : $16 / hr

Job Summary : We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately sorting boxes, arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators, and handling products of various sizesfrom small handheld boxes to large machine parts weighing up to 1,000 lbs. You will utilize lifting equipment and RF scanners to ensure precise inventory management and assist with loading and unloading semi-trailers.

Schedule :

• Shift : MondayFriday, 3 : 00 PM 1 : 30 AM (with overtime until 2 : 00 AM and occasional Saturdays)
• Type : Contract-to-Hire (90 days)
• Work Site : Fully on-site in Davenport, IA

You'll work in a large, open parts distribution center for John Deere in Davenport, IA. Our team is diverse and inclusive, focused on quality and attention to detail rather than productivity volume. Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
