The successful candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience and a proven track record of improving processes, driving cost efficiencies, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot technical challenges.
Evaluate workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout for optimal production output.
Lead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and training materials for manufacturing staff.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing and / or Six Sigma.
Proficiency in CAD and manufacturing simulation tools preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
