Physical Therapist - Director of Rehab

Home & Health Care Management is the oldest home health care agency in Northern California. Our agency specializes in delivering comprehensive in-home care and case management for older adults, children, and those living with disabilities across many counties. We use a matrix of Medi-Cal, Medicare and targeted health programs to find solutions that work for our clients.

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, exempt position with a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. While the role generally follows these hours, flexibility may be required to meet business needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Who You Are :

You are a motivated Physical Therapist with proven success in a supervisory role, who shares our vision of delivering in-home care. You treat patients in a caring and compassionate manner and help them achieve their goals of staying in their own home whilst receiving treatment.

Compensation and Benefits :

Pay range is between $135,200 to $156,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Leave accrues starting on your first day of employment, and you can take paid vacation, sick and holiday leave after 90 days.
