job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPromotes the philosophy, mission, and administrative policies of the agency to ensure quality of patient / client services. Supervises and provides direction to subordinates, in an effort to ensure quality and continuity of services. Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency. Promotes compliance of policies and procedures through education, coaching, and other assistance as necessary. Monitors systems and identifies problems. Directs and coordinates agency attendant services and assumes responsibility for continuity, quality, and safety of services delivered. Participates in activities relevant to services furnished including development and assignments of agency personnel. Assures that reassessment is performed as appropriate. Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year) Willingness to enforce health and safety standards Supportive and compassionate Take pride in providing high quality care Supervisory experience preferred Bilingual
