Business Growth Manager

A company is looking for a Business Growth Manager. Key Responsibilities : Drive business growth across key regions by optimizing acquisition channels and improving conversion rates Lead the launch of new partnerships and features to maximize market awareness through diverse digital marketing channels Identify regional growth opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to meet key business objectives Required Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product growth or digital marketing within payment, technology, fintech, or crypto industries Demonstrated familiarity with financial product growth in LATAM and at least one other major region Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem Experience with AI-related projects is a plus
