Transportation Coordinator (NE)

We are looking for a Transportation Coordinator at our Perris, CA facility. It's an exciting time to join the DP World team!

How you will contribute

• Manage a deck of parts and suppliers to ensure material availability for export to end customer can be completed on time
• Escalate the daily part risk status and issues to the supervisor at all times. Ensure strict adherence to escalation procedure to include Hot Parts List
• Support emergency parts process to cover export requirements on problem parts. Support and organize Premium Freight requirements with Customer preferred provider, adopting root cause analysis and responsibility
• Investigate and respond to any issues flagged up by stores operatives, to include stock losses, quality issues and supplier short shipments
• Prepare and maintain accurate KPIs supporting departmental objectives
• Other duties as assigned.
