Deliver training sessions, initial trainings and monthly trainings, both in-person and online, to promote the understanding and application of ABA principles. - Create engaging training materials, resources, and assessments. 3. Provide ongoing supervision and support to new behavior analysts and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. - Act as a mentor to staff pursuing certification as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). 4. Develop evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions for improvements. - Collect and analyze feedback from participants to enhance training methodologies. 5. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners to promote ABA practices and training initiatives. - Communicate training goals and progress to senior leadership and other relevant parties. 6. Stay current with state regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines related to ABA training and practice. - Ensure training programs comply with licensing and certification requirements.
