About the Role :

University Cancer and Blood Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Palliative Care Physician to lead our growing Live Well program. This unique program provides comprehensive support across the full continuum of cancer care-from diagnosis to survivorship-offering services such as social support, transportation assistance, and specialized palliative care. Within the palliative care component, you'll work alongside two Palliative Care-certified Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to deliver patient-centered, interdisciplinary care focused on quality of life and symptom management. The Live Well program is a vital extension of our mission to achieve the best possible outcome for every patient who walks through our doors.
