Registered Nurse (RN) -AH Pineville - Kidney Dialysis Unit
Our Dialysis Unit cares for adult patients with acute and chronic kidney disease who require life-sustaining hemodialysis treatments. Many patients have complex conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or heart failure, giving teammates strong exposure to critical thinking and specialized renal care.
As part of our team, you'll manage vascular access, monitor fluid and electrolyte balance, support hemodynamic stability, and provide ongoing patient education. You'll also build meaningful relationships with patients who receive frequent treatments and appreciate consistent, compassionate care.
This is a great unit for nurses and techs who enjoy autonomy, teamwork, and a steady learning environment. We offer strong support, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow in a high-demand specialty.

What You'll Do :
Responsible for the direct provision of patient care and for assisting the manager with daily operations to include but not limited to coordination of patient care / outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communications, patient throughput, program development and oversight, patient, physician and employee rounding, selection, development, and retention of staff, clinical supervision and performance appraisal, performance improvement activities, service recovery and compliance with regulatory agency requirements. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
