Social Media Coordinator

Description

We're seeking an energetic Social Media Coordinator to assist our social media team with daily functions that will support many facets of the company. Some of those facets include providing support to the social media manager on various projects, execution of new social media strategy, reporting analytics, and coordinating with the rest of the marketing / creative team. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and willing to flex into a new role at any given moment. Cannabis Industry experience is a plus!

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple brand and retail social media pages (10+ accounts) while ensuring consistency in voice and content
• Support development and execution of social media strategy
• Proactively pitch creative ideas that align with company business goals and campaigns.
• Support Marketing Manager with day-to-day posting on various social media platforms / multiple accounts in accordance with the content calendar
• Support development and execution of social media strategy across social channels.
• Social listening and benchmarking to synthesize ongoing trends, monitor competitive brands and report on quantitative findings
• Collect, analyze and report back all analytics and insights for campaigns / accounts
• Assist in creating monthly reports for the Social Media Department to track program KPIs, marketing metrics and ensure goals are being met.
• Stay current and up to date with social media best practices and community guidelines
• Reach out to third parties to coordinate partnership on various campaigns
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!
• Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.
