The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 depending on experience.

Job Description :
Participates in project safety programs, observations, and auditsAssists Project Managers and Superintendents with project related tasksAssists in identifying and promoting changes to improve productivity and quality on the projectEffectively communicates with Project Owner / Designer / Architect / Engineering regarding project schedule, issues and activities occurring on the projectDevelops RFI's, work plans and submittals for the projectTracks and reports quantities of work performed and understands associated costs of suchDevelops time and material final pricing submittalsAssists with CPM schedule development and maintenanceMaintains as-built drawings with assistance from field staffPerforms project specific tasks assigned by higher level managerUnderstands and communicates contract scope to field staffPerforms other related duties as assignedRequirements :
B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent from accredited institutionMinimum of 6+ years' experience in structural steel erection, heavy civil construction, bridge, vertical construction, or other steel structuresExperience actively interfacing with fabricators, subcontractors, & owners to resolve design issues, procurement issues, and constructability issuesCoordination of contract drawings, design drawings, and shop drawings to facilitate an erectable final structureExperience actively interfacing with design engineers & construction engineers to develop thorough "means & methods" processAccurately realize "to-date" costs and project "final" costs thru completionProficiency with MS Office products (Word / Excel)Proficiency with Blue Beam (or equivalent industry standard programs)Proficiency with AutoCAD (or equivalent industry standard programs)Excellent written and verbal skillsEqual Opportunity Employer
