Hours are 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with a 60-minute lunch break on January 19 and 1 : 00pm-5 : 00pm on January 27. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience to be considered for this assignment; Nurse Practitioner must have prescriptive rights to be eligible.
