Overview
Our client is a well-established and growing food and beverage distribution company with 40 distribution centers around the U.S. They are a large national B2B manufacturer / distributor with growth opportunities, operating with a decentralized structure that supports a smaller-company feel at the regional level.
Sales Director – Santa Fe Springs : This role will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team across the company’s largest revenue-generating territory from San Diego to Santa Barbara. The successful candidate will develop a sales team, create sales goals, delegate tasks, motivate employees, and maximize sales performance using available resources. The position reports to the General Manager and coordinates with production and procurement for forecasting and demand planning. The role is based in Santa Fe Springs, with an expectation to spend about 60% of time in the office and 40% in the field with the sales team.
Base pay and additional compensation
Base pay range : $130,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr
Additional compensation : Annual Bonus
Other compensation details : 20% bonus potential , $700 / month car allowance , mileage, benefits, 17 days of PTO, 401(k) with match. The exact package is based on skills and experience and will be discussed with your recruiter.
