What You’ll Do :
Patient Care : Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve fine motor skills and independence
Collaborate : Work with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic patient care
Document : Maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant records and monitor patient progress
Plan for Success : Help with discharge planning and post-care instructions
Stay Updated : Participate in ongoing education to stay on top of best practices
What You Bring :
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active NV Occupational Therapist License
Current CPR and required screenings
2+ years of clinical OT experience in SNF, rehab, or related healthcare setting
Settings Available :
Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facilities
Long-Term Care Centers
Outpatient Clinics
