A rapidly growing local food manufacturer known for our popular consumer products and commitment to excellence. As we expand our production capabilities, we are seeking a dedicated Food Safety & Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team and help ensure our operations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

Position Overview

This role is critical to maintaining our food safety and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the custodian of all documentation required by certifying agencies and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for audits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain food safety documentation, including production records, batch records, and audit materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CADPH, SQF, GFSI, GMP, GDP).
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure documentation aligns with operational practices.
• Monitor and update documentation systems to reflect changes in regulations or processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85 / hr.
