A company is looking for a Coordinator, Operations (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage finance administration tasks including accounts receivable and payable, and maintain accurate records in relevant systems Coordinate contracts, grants, and donations administration, including onboarding vendors and tracking grant timelines Assist with HR coordination, IT and systems administration, and provide project support for organizational initiatives Required Qualifications 2-3 years of entry-level administrative or operations experience in the nonprofit sector Experience working with data in Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with bookkeeping is a plus Able to learn new software systems quickly; experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus Commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion, with a strong interest in supporting organizational infrastructure Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
