Dragon Seats is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing operations team in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and service HVAC systems within Dragon Seats climate-controlled benches and equipment
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC units to ensure optimal performance
• Support game-day operations, including setup, on-site maintenance, and breakdown of equipment at sports venues
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Communicate with operations team to coordinate schedules, logistics, and reporting
• Assist in training seasonal staff or game-day technicians as needed
• Maintain inventory of HVAC-related supplies and tools
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards
