Principal Product Manager - Heart Failure & Cardiology, Remote Patient Monitoring

As Principal Product Manager, you'll lead strategy and execution for our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs in Heart Failure and Interventional Cardiology. You'll serve as the cross-functional force, aligning clinical innovation with digital transformation - owning roadmaps, shaping commercial success, and redefining how cardiovascular care is delivered remotely.

This person is an experienced marketer who demonstrates strength in general franchise management, product life cycle management, and operates independently, requiring minimal supervision, developing and executing key franchise strategies.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Define and drive the strategic vision for console and RPM products focused on high-risk PCI and cardiogenic shock to accompany BSC's circulatory support portfolio, and post-procedural monitoring.
  • Own lifecycle management of RPM offerings : concept, launch, scalability, and optimization.
  • Lead customer discovery across Interventional Cardiologists, Heart Failure specialists, nursing staff, and integrated health systems.
  • Drive product specification and portfolio direction to engineering development, human factors, and IT teams through integrated VOC strategies.
  • Partner with clinical and regulatory teams to align development with evidence generation and reimbursement pathways.
  • Craft differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in clinical outcomes and economic value.
  • Analyze patient data trends, remote alert workflows, EMR integration requirements, hospital data privacy and compliance standards, connectivity requirements, and the impact on care coordination to inform product evolution.
  • Plan strategies and tactics for high-impact events such as society meetings, symposiums / webinars, and other physician-related events.

Required qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or engineering
  • 6+ years in product management with a proven focus on cardiology, heart failure, or electrophysiology markets
  • Experience with digital therapeutics, RPM platforms, or device-integrated care pathways
  • In-depth understanding of payer models, remote reimbursement codes, and hospital-at-home initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills across clinical, technical, and commercial domains
  • Ability to listen to physician / customer needs and prioritize needs and effectively communicate them to key cross-functional partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to present to customers, peers, and executive management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and foster constructive relationships with key internal and external customers
  • Ability to handle domestic travel of 25% or more, as well as potential for some international travel
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, MS)
  • Comfortable presenting at conferences, advisory panels, and C-suite strategy sessions, coordinating physician training and in-servicing
  • High level of business acumen, strategy creation, and executional excellence
