job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEngage with banking and financial services clients to understand their challenges and goals Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored software and technology solutions Present and position digital transformation fintech and AI-driven solutions Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets of USD 3.5M 4M Ensure smooth handoff to post-sales teams for successful solution delivery Stay up to date with banking trends regulations and emerging technologies Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and C-suite decision makers Represent the brand at industry events forums and conferences Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Partner with marketing on targeted campaigns and sales enablement initiatives Report performance market intelligence and feedback to leadership 10 years of experience in technology sales and business development Minimum 5 years of recent experience selling into the Banking / FinTech domain Proven Hunter profile with strong new logo acquisition experience (not a farming role) Consistent track record of handling annual sales quotas of USD 3.5M 4M Strong knowledge of the Texas market and territory Proven job stability and long-term role commitments Bachelors degree in business Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred) Experience selling software services digital transformation solutions or AI / analytics products Strong understanding of banking challenges compliance and regulatory frameworks Expertise in consultative solution-based and value-driven sales approaches Entrepreneurial results-driven and highly motivated by success Outstanding negotiation communication and presentation skills Ability to build trust and credibility with C-level stakeholders Resilient adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced competitive environment

This is a pure Hunter role focused on acquiring new logos and driving revenue through software services and technology solutions within the banking and financial services industry.
