Primary Care Physician - West Portland

Overview

Legacy Health is recruiting outpatient physicians for our primary care clinics on the Westside of Portland, Oregon . Providers in these clinics include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by designated MA’s and care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacy techs and pharmacists.

$274k to $305k annually with two-year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE)

Opportunities for flexible FTE ranging from 0.60-1.00 FTE

• Flexible schedule with opportunities to work 3-4 days per week to provide flexibility
• $3,500 annual CME allowance, including 40 hours of CME

Pay Range

USD $274,000.00 - USD $305,000.00 / Yr.
