Head of Sales

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Head of Sales position include :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction sales, particularly in retail, office, and restaurant sectors
• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales department
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing commercial sales representatives
• Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting
• Ability to develop and present a client acquisition strategy
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Must be based in California or willing to travel monthly to California offices

Salary :

$300,000 base per year plus commission, commensurate with experience. Commission is 3% of profit, paid upon project completion.
