Job Summary :
We are seeking a transformational Chief Information Officer (CIO) to own Acrisures enterprise technology strategy and world-class IT operations. Reporting to the COO the CIO leads infrastructure (cloud and on-prem) end-user computing networking enterprise applications / CRM IT service management global technology operations incident / problem / change management disaster recovery / business continuity integration / M&A IT software & hardware asset management and budgeting / FinOpsincluding telecom.
The CIO will harmonize platforms across regions and acquisitions deliver secure and reliable services at scale and partner closely with the CDO (data platforms / analytics) CISO (security) and International Head of Technology to power Acrisures growth.
Responsibilities :
Strategy & Operating Model
- Define the multi-year enterprise technology strategy aligned to business goals; set architecture principles service levels and cost guardrails.
- Establish a global operating model balancing centralized standards with regional execution; implement clear RACI capacity planning and performance management (OKRs / SLAs / SLOs).
- Serve as an executive partner to business leaders; translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
