Financial Analyst

As a core member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst will partner closely with other Finance professionals and business leaders across the Company, and interact with Legence's investors, sell-side analysts and lender group. The Financial Analyst serves as a key link between the Company and the investment community and plays a critical role in the financial planning & analysis cycles. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing investor materials, and supporting communication strategies that ensure transparency and alignment with corporate goals. The analyst will collaborate with the finance, legal, and executive teams to provide precise and prompt information to both internal and external stakeholders. Position is based in Houston, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor Materials and Meetings

Draft and update investor presentations, press releases, earnings call scripts, and Q&A documents.

Conduct benchmarking and peer analysis on valuation, financial metrics, and market positioning.

Coordinate logistics for investor conferences, roadshows, and earnings calls.

Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
