We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shift openings. This role involves operating machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Shifts Available :

• 1st Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM Mon-Friday
• 2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM – 1 : 00 AM Mon-Thursday

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate machinery according to production standards and schedules

Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Perform routine maintenance and report issues or malfunctions

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications :

Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes

Ability to read and interpret work instructions or blueprints

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
