MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire Acute Trauma Program Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate trauma services for a premier healthcare facility near Denver, CO!
Key Responsibilities for the Acute Trauma Program Nurse Coordinator :
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of trauma programs to ensure compliance with state and national standards.
- Schedule : Full Time Days - 8am to 4pm
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional trauma care and improve patient outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between hospital administration, trauma surgeons, emergency department staff, and external stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze trauma data to identify opportunities for quality improvement and staff education.
- Participate in community outreach programs to enhance public awareness of trauma prevention and treatment.
- Ensure readiness for regulatory surveys and maintain trauma designation standards.
Trauma Program Coordinator Qualifications :
Current Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado or eligibility for licensure.Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience.Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required.ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC are required.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Compensation & Benefits :
